HOW TO PAY FOR TRANSLATION SERVICES

THE PAYMENT PROCESS

  1. You complete my preliminary questionnaire and give me access to your project.
  2. I word-count it and check it for difficulty.
  3. I email you my quotation and a unique project code number. [Learn more about PCodes]
  4. If you decide to go ahead, you pay me your deposit (50% of the estimated cost).
  5. When your deposit payment has cleared my bank, I start translating.
  6. When I have finished the translation, I tell you by email how much you still owe me.
  7. You pay me the balance owing.
  8. I release the translated project to you.

PAY ONLINE OR OFFLINE: IT'S YOUR CHOICE

You may pay me online in various major world currencies (by credit card or PayPal transfer) or offline in US or Canadian Dollars only (by bank money order or bank draft). However, I strongly recommend online payment. If you decide to pay me offline, your project will take much longer to complete (probably at least one month longer) than if you pay by credit card or PayPal transfer.

Please note that I do not accept offline electronic bank transfers, personal or corporate cheques, Eurocheques, traveller's cheques, postal cheques, postal money orders, or cash.

Just use my handy fee calculator to estimate the total job cost in currencies other than United States Dollars:
